Tell us about your client's vacation and what they want to do. Our expert vacation planners will be happy to chat with you about all the available options and put together an initial, customized package in a timely manner.
Once we've sent you our initial itinerary, it's time to tailor and tweak until perfection! We'll go back and forth with you, based on your client's feedback until they're satisfied. Our interactive itineraries make this easy to do and will offer your clients excellent insight into the hotels and tours they see.
Once your client is satisfied with their itinerary, it's time to book. It's all done online and it's easy for either you or your client to make a deposit based on an agreed payment plan. At that point, we reserve the trip and send you all the confirmed details. We'll also send you various details and area info so your clients can build up to and prepare for their vacation of a lifetime!

It all starts when you contact us! Our travel experts will chat with you and gather all the info they need to begin planning. They'll get travel dates, price considerations, traveler ages, number of people, and so on. The more info the better. Then they'll craft a tailored itinerary based on the info you give them, and get that over to you in a timely manner. You share that proposal with your client, and receive their feedback. We then make any necessary revisions until the itinerary is perfect for your clients. Once we have a perfect itinerary, it's time to book the trip. Either you or the client can submit a deposit online to lock things in. It's as easy as that!
Yes, we have flexible commission options. Our standard pay is 12% of the total package. Commissions are paid within the first 7 business days of the following month of your clients departure.
Yes, we work with solo travelers, couples, families, and groups. No matter who you're planning your travel itinerary for, we can accommodate them!
Our packages include everything except for the international airfare, you can include that separately for your clients. We include everything else from the moment they arrive at their destination to the moment they depart. That includes airport meetings, transfers/internal flights, tours/activities, accommodations, and an in-country concierge service. Some accommodations and tours may also include meals.
We are a Virtuoso preferred tour operator. We also have close relationships with our partners and can sometimes convey other consortia amenities. Please inquire with your sales agent.
Yes, we have a dedicated team to assist your clients before and during their travel dates. Your clients will receive contact details for our Travel Experience Team who will be on hand throughout their vacation to assist them in any way possible.
